heard of Grok Bot yet?

AI is not coming.

It is already here.

Use it, or watch someone else use it against you.

I went deep on this…

Tried OpenClaw.

Bought a Mac mini just to run agent stacks.

Played with every shiny AI tool that promised to run my business for me.

And then the complexity hit.

Scripts.

Configs.

Ten tabs open.

A machine humming in the corner like it was doing something important.

Most of it was babysitting the babysitter.

Then I landed on Grok Bot…

It is the iMessage version of a real AI agent.

Not a chatbot that gives you tips.

An agent that does the work.

In chat.

On a schedule.

Across the boring parts of the business that used to eat my week.

I spun up a small team of them…

Chief of Staff. Sales. Content. Meals. Admin. Optimizer.

Each one owns a lane.

Each one has routines that fire without me poking them.

Here are 11 of the ones that save the most human time right now:

1. Start of day briefing.

Leads, Slack, email, calendar, open items. Waiting on my desk before I open anything else.

2. Midday Gmail drafts.

Replies drafted for me. I review. I send. I do not start from a blank box.

3. Weekly newsletter.

Pulls the ready post from Notion, builds Mailchimp, schedules Thursday, sends me a test (including this one).

4. Fathom to Content Library.

Last week's calls become long and short posts sitting in Notion.

5. Monday newsletter idea draft.

Scans email, calls, Slack, and agent chats (client or internal), picks the one lesson my audience would care about most, drafts the weekly in Notion, and emails it to me for review.

6. Sales call RSVP chase.

Unaccepted calendar invites get chased in the morning so show rates do not die in silence.

7. Gap Selling call reviews.

After sales calls, a full review lands in chat and a short note hits Slack.

8. Weekly LinkedIn warm.

Scans the right people and runs the warm touch so pipeline does not depend on my mood.

9. Weekly X warm.

Same idea on X. Quiet if nobody new. Loud when there is work.

10. Friday leverage plus calendar review.

What actually moved. What is coming. What still needs a call from me.

11. Household meals.

Wednesday dinner options. Sunday Instacart when we confirm. Even the kitchen got a bot.

None of this is magic.

And it’s finally getting simple.

Message an agent.

Give it a job.

Let it run on a clock.

If you want any of these Grok Bot templates, reply here, and I'll send em’ over.
