finally fired my best employee

I fired my best employee last week. Then I hired a new one this week. Then I'll fire that one too. Sound crazy? Its not. Its just how I run my AI agents. Last week it was Claude doing the heavy lifting. This week it's Grok. Next week it might be Gemini, or a new one that did not even exist when I started writing this. Heres the thing most people get wrong: They fall in love with ONE tool. They build their whole business around it. Then the tool changes, or a better one shows up, or the price goes up, and theyre stuck. Starting over. From zero. Like dating someone new every single month and telling them your entire life story from scratch every time. Exhausting. Heres what I do instead. Every time one of my AI agents learns a new routine, fixes a process, or figures out a better way to do something, I make it write that down into an SOP database. (for me, thats Notion) Not a memory. Not a chat log that disappears. A real, live document that any agent (or human) can read and instantly know exactly how I want things done. So when I swap Claude for ChatGPT, or ChatGPT for Grok Bot, or even Grok for a breathing human, I dont start from zero. I just hand them the playbook. No more sitting there for three hours explaining how I like my follow up emails written or how my ad reporting should look, every time. I just say, read this. Done. You dont train the tool. You train the process. The tool is just whoever happens to be holding the process this week. Claude is a chef. ChatGPT is a chef. Grok will be a chef too. They all come and go. Your SOP database is the recipe book. Thats the thing you actually own. Most business owners are so busy chasing the newest, shiniest AI tool that they never once write how their own business actually runs. And when the tool changes, or the subscription doubles, or the model hiccups, theyre back to square one. Rebuilding. Retraining. Losing weeks or months (true story). You need to learn to be AI agnostic. How? Pick one thing your AI agent does for you. Have it write out the exact steps into a doc that any human or AI agent can easily follow. Then, tell it to update the SOP any time we change the process. Within weeks youll have a full playbook that survives every tool switch, price hike, and all the shiny new models that drop. Dont be like most overworked, stuck founders without playbooks or SOPs, holding the entire business in their head. If that sounds like you, Ill help you fix it, lightning fast.
